Returns & Refunds Policy (Zombie Apocalypse Edition)
1. Eligibility for Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or looking like it lost a fight with a zombie, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
We don’t accept returns for items that were clearly used as improvised weapons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it hasn’t been gnawed on, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank, your card issuer, and whether their staff is still alive.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or version of your gear
We’re happy to exchange items as long as they’re unused and not covered in mysterious fluids.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Digital items
- Gift cards
- Limited‑run apocalypse gear
- Anything that smells like it’s been stored in an abandoned bunker
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package disappears in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to track it down.
If it’s truly lost to the wasteland, we’ll replace it or refund you, your choice.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable method so your package doesn’t wander off into the fog.
7. How to Start a Return
Send us a message at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
- Confirmation that no zombies were involved in the incident (optional but appreciated)
We respond within 1–2 business days, unless we’re busy reinforcing the barricades.
