Shipping & Deliveries Policy (Zombie Apocalypse Edition)
1. Processing Times
We pack orders within 1–3 business days, assuming our warehouse team hasn’t been eaten. If they have been eaten, please allow an extra day while we recruit fresh survivors.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order leaves our safe zone, it travels through the wasteland via trusted carriers.

3. Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and how many snacks the courier demands for hazard pay.
4. Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a tracking number once your package escapes the bunker.
If tracking doesn’t update for a bit, it’s probably hiding behind a car until the horde passes.
5. International Orders
We ship worldwide (unless your region has been fully overrun).
Customs fees, taxes, and border‑checkpoint bribes are your responsibility.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days.
If it’s marked “delivered” but nowhere to be found, check with neighbors, mailrooms, or friendly scavengers.
If it’s truly lost, we’ll work with the carrier to track it down or send a replacement if it’s gone to the great beyond.
7. Incorrect Addresses
If you enter the wrong address and the package gets returned, we can reship it once you update the info. Additional shipping fees may apply. Zombies are bad at reading street signs, so accuracy helps.
8. Preorders
Preorder items ship when ready.
If your order includes both in‑stock and preorder items, we may ship them together or separately depending on survival logistics.
